Bill of Lading
Also known as: BOL, Freight bill
The legal contract between you and your moving company and the receipt for your goods. The Bill of Lading lists the services, terms, and conditions of your move and must be signed at pickup. Never sign a blank Bill of Lading, and keep your copy until everything is delivered and any claims are resolved.
